Sponsorship Options

 1. Saddle Sponsor (full sponsorship—$1,000.000 / 1/2 sponsorship—$500.00)

- High quality saddles will be lettered with sponsors name and logo

-The sponsors will receive a Full Page ad in the program

- Sponsor will receive a coat with the event information monogrammed on it.

 -Sponsor will be announced throughout the event. 

 -Sponsor can have flyers placed in the contestant gift bags

2. Coat Sponsor—$300.00 

- The sponsor will receive a full page ad in the program

- Sponsor will receive a coat with the event information monogrammed on it.

- Sponsor will be announced throughout the event.

- Sponsor can have flyers placed in the contestant gift bags

3. Barrel Sponsor - $300.00 (this includes) 

- The sponsors name on all three barrels for the entire event

- A full page add in the program

- Your sponsorship will also be announced multiple times daily to contestants and spectators

- Sponsor can have flyers placed in the contestant gift bags

4. Buckle Sponsor - $150.00

- The sponsors will receive a full page ad in the program

- Your sponsorship will be announced multiple times daily to contestants and spectators

- Sponsor can have flyers placed in the contestant gift bags

 5. Banner Sponsor - $100.00 (this includes)

 - A banner (provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the arena for the entire event.

- A half page ad in the program

- Your Sponsorship will be announced multiple times daily to contestants and spectators

- Sponsor can have flyers placed in the contestant gift bags

6. Program Advertisements - Rates as follows:

- Full page ad $100.00

- Half page ad $50.00

- Quarter page ad $25.00

- Business card ad $15.00 

7. Personal Donations -

Donations may be made in the memory of a loved one on behalf of family or friends.

In recognition of these donations the contributors name as well as the persons name that they are

made for will be printed in the program.

8. Product Donations -

Companies wishing to donate product that will be given to contestants for Lucky Draws during

the event will be listed in the program as a sponsor of the event. If your company would like to

be a sponsor of an award (such as 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc place) given in any of the events this can be

discussed and arranged with the event committee. Product donations may also be placed in the

silent auction.

Vendor Sponsorships:

 "Basic Vendor Sponsorship"

$100.00

            A.  The vendor has the opportunity to have a booth inside the building for display of    
                  clothing, tack, feed, gifts, etc.  Space is limited.

            B.  A half page ad will be provided in the the event program.
            C.  Announcement of sponsorship throughout the event.

“Bronze Buckle Sponsorship’’

$300.00

             A.      The vendor has the opportunity to display one unit (Truck, Trailer, ect.) outside in 
                    a specific designated area.

B.        A full page ad will be provided in the event program.

C.      Announcement of sponsorship throughout the event

            D.   Introduction of Sponsor at Event Opening Ceremony

  

“Silver Buckle Sponsorship’’

$500.00

             A.     The vendor has the opportunity to display up to two units (Truck, Trailer, ect.)
                    outside in a specific designated area

B.     A full page ad will be provided in the event program.

C.     Announcement of sponsorship throughout the event.

D.     Vendor logo on all committee member shirts

            E.  Banners (provided by sponsor) will be displayed in arena and or outdoors.

            F.   Introduction of Sponsor at Event Opening Ceremony

  

“Gold Buckle Sponsorship’’

$1000.00

             A.     The vendor has the opportunity to display up to three units (Truck, Trailer, etc.)
                     outside in a specific designated area.

B.     A full page ad will be provided in the program.

C.     Announcement of sponsorship throughout the event.

D.     Vendor logo on all committee member shirts.

E.      Sponsorship (logo) on all trophy jackets won (small lettering on the sleeve)

F.      Banners (provided by sponsor) will be displayed in arena and or outdoors.

G.     Booth space provided for vendor to set up promotional materials.
